PAWTUCKET-CENTRAL FALLS, RI – Pawtucket Mayor Donald R. Grebien and Central Falls Mayor James A. Diossa announced that their communities stand prepared to host Amazon’s second headquarters within the Pawtucket Central Falls Train Station District, which straddles both cities. The two cities represent the home of the American Industrial Revolution and the cities where industry titans Hasbro, Osram-Sylvania and the William Wheat chocolate factory have called home.

Pawtucket and Central Falls, who have been collaborating since Amazon first publically stated that the tech giant was looking for a second home outside of Seattle in early September, are ready to answer the State of Rhode Island’s request for input on possible locations for a bid.
